Hi, we’re Sunny Bonnell and Ashleigh Hansberger. For the past decade, we’ve been working with leadership teams to apply Rare Breed Thinking to businesses, brands, and cultures.
We are founders of the award-winning branding company Motto, which we started in 2005 with $250 after dropping out of college together. We’re also authors of the brazen new business book Rare Breed, creators of the Rare Breed Leadership Platform, and directors, hosts, writers, and producers of a hit YouTube show and podcast Rare Breed which has included guests like radio personality Charlamagne tha God, PJ Morton of Maroon 5, and fashion influencer Bretman Rock, among others.
In true Rare Breed fashion, we have built our entire career on believing in the power of going against conventional thinking, punching the status quo with brass knuckles, and illuminating the pieces of ourselves that are uniquely our own.
